The kids were ecstatic to look out their windows on Sunday evening and discover that the garden is already growing. They are so excited. Greg just built it a couple of weekends ago so we were a little surprised. It's very fun to see the kids really invested in a family project! They even helped paint the garden box. Definitely gives them some ownership in it all. The pumpkins, carrots, corn, and tomoatoes are all sprouting.

It's so fun to watch a garden grow- what a treat for the kids this summer. Your garden bed looks great- I bet they will love tending it this summer since they have so much ownership in it. I think our vegetable garden this summer will be a charming assortment of morning glory that just won't stop, volunteer cilantro, and a varied and pleasing palette of weeds... I'll enjoy watching yours grow!
